PAPR103RPS1E is a dust proof powered air purifying respirator With high filtrating efficiency, huge air flow,  0.3μm filtrating precision and 99.97% filtrating efficiency, air flow 170-280L/Min, The respirator allows people to work easily and pleasantly in conditions with exceed concentrations and/or hazard compound. Battery can supply power 6 to 20 hours consecutive operation, If air flow regulate maximum, the lithium battery can work for 6hours continuously, while air flow regulate minimum, 20 hours. If wok over 6-20 hours consecutively, a backup battery is needed. It will buzz automatically when power is low.


There is a breathing tube, which supplies air flow from up and down, anti-fog.  it can be extended to 1.5 meters

Two choices of filters, they are 102WD and 102HD, 102G and 102W.

102HD high efficiency mote filter:applicable to dust proof, low wind resistance, is fit for various grain like material (dust,fog,smoke and so on).Together with 38mm thick HEPA in it that can sieve all kinds of dust , germ and virus(Air flow is huge after putting main body :200L/Min-300L/Min)with low wind resistant. Time of work can be various according to the work environment: For 102HD about 3 months.

102G high efficiency mote filter:applicable to various grain like material(dust,fog,smoke and so on)and various poisonous and harmful odors. Together with 10mm thick HEPA and 30mm thick activated carbon fiber (weight: 200g) in it that can sieve all kinds of dust , germ, virus and high concentration poisonous and harmful odors. (Air flow after installed main body :160L/Min-220L/Min). For dust proof, the filtrating efficiency is the same as 102HD, 102G, but shorter than 102D. For gas proof, this filter can filtrate acidic gas, alkalescent gas, neutral gas and organic gas synchronously.  Competitive effect of filtrating poison is perfect. This characteristic proceeds than normal active carton and material. Time of work can be various according to the work environment: When feel ill odors that are to say the life of 102Gfilter is ending. It must be changed.

102W high efficiency mote filter:applicable to various grain like material(dust,fog,smoke and so on)and various poisonous and harmful odors. Together with 20mm thick HEPA and 20mm thick activated carbon fiber (weight: 130g) in it that can sieve all kinds of dust , germ, virus and high concentration poisonous and harmful odors. (Air flow after installed main body :170L/Min-250L/Min). For dust proof, the filtrating efficiency is the same as 102HD, 102W, but shorter than 102HD. For gas proof, this filter can filtrate acidic gas, alkalescent gas, neutral gas and organic gas synchronously. Competitive effect of filtrating poison is perfect.  This characteristic proceeds than normal active carton and material.  Wind resistance of 102W is lower than 102G, but filtrating time is shorter than the 102G. Time of work can be various according to the work environment: When feel ill odors that are to say the life of 102Wfilter is ending. It must be changed.

For102HD high efficiency particulate filter:Filter changing is necessary when you feel much less or no fresh air get in even with enough power supply from the battery, resulting from the fact that the filter may have been filled with fine particles in such case. Take out the filter and knock the windward side so that much dust could be knocked out. Use the soft dry cloth or paper wipes the filter. Put the filter into main body thus it can continue to work. After used time after time the filter may be full of dust that can not knocked out, thus may change the filter.

For 102G,102W high efficiency particulate and gas filter:for dustproof,  the way of  changing filter is the same as above;For gas proof, it depends on whether feel the ill odors. If feel the ill odors or swirl, naupathia that is to say filter box 102G is saturated.  It lost the ability to filtrate the poison. It should be changed timely.

In duration of filter changing, if the purified cavity in the main body kit was contaminated by fine dust from the edge of the filter, the cavity shall be cleaned, otherwise, the dust control effects may be diminished. Subsequent to filter changing, due attention shall be paid to tighten the back cover of the main body kit and secure the filter. After regular filter changing, pay attention to the gasket, if the gasket is damaged, please change timely.

The filter102D, 102G, 102W, 102HD shall not be exposed to water or moisture. If any such exposure, please change in time.
